On the road again..

Hi from Galway! We left this morning at 9:30 AM and finally got here after dark. It was a long bus ride but a beautiful one! We went through Connemara and it was so pretty! We stopped in Clifden for lunch and I got broccoli and cauliflower soup and potato wedges...it was yummy! When we finally got to Galway we were all so tired and thankful to finally be here. We showed up to Barnacles and it is really nice :) We were all not sure what to expect, but it definitely exceeded our expectations! There are 8 to a room and we got to pick our roommates. We have our own bathroom and shower and there is a TV room, kitchen and the people are really nice! I didn't think I would be able to post, but I'm glad they also have internet!

When we got here some of us went to McDonalds...it was the nicest one I have ever been to. I feel like McDonalds is better here! Or I'm just telling myself that. OH fun fact...here in Galway today it was COLDER than the SOUTH POLE! It was -2 degrees C there and -3 degrees C here! HOW CRAZY IS THAT?! After dinner we walked around a bit, but everything was closing...we weren't in the mood for a pub tonight so we came back to Barnacles and watched Wedding Crashers...now we are watching How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days :) classic girl time!

We are on our own for the weekend and planning on getting up early to walk ALL around Galway and see as much as possible! I can't wait, it is a really quaint little town and right on the water! It is going to be so cold though! I miss you all so much and BROTHER, I am so sorry I can't go to your banquet...I am still SO sad! Love you...I am so proud! Goodnight all!
